KYUNG EUN HWANG, ESQ., Principal
Ms. Hwang is the principal of Hwang Law Firm. As an experienced attorney, Ms. Hwang mainly focuses on domestic and international corporate & business law and immigration law while her experience expertly encompasses in civil & business litigation, personal injury, bankruptcy law, family law and estate planning. Ms. Hwang graduated and received her B.S degree from Kyung Hee University, Seoul, South Korea. She also earned her Juris Doctor degree with cum laude from California Western School of Law, San Diego, and was the Commencement Speaker at the graduation ceremony. Ms. Hwang’s experience includes drafting several appellate opinions while serving as Extern for Justice Patricia Benke, the California Court of Appeal, 4th District, Division 1. Her scholarly article on the international intellectual property issue was published in California International Law Journal. Journey to Access to Medicine-TRIPS and Compulsory Licensing, Cal. Int’l. Ms. Hwang is a member of the State Bar of California and admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of California and the Central District of California. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a licensed patent attorney. Ms. Hwang is actively involved in the San Diego legal community. She was the past president of the Korean American Bar Association of San Diego (KABA-SD) in 2011-2012 and is active in mentoring law students. Ms. Hwang is of counsel for Song Law Firm, New Jersey.
Ms. Hwang is capable of converting legal documents from Korean to English and vice versa.
DONGHO SONG, ESQ., Of Counsel
Mr. Song is the managing partner of Song Law Firm in New Jersey and of counsel at Hwang Law Firm. He studied political science at the State University of New York, Buffalo, from which he graduated with honors. He graduated and received his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law, focusing on international law, commercial law, and immigration law. Mr. Song is a member of the State Bar of New Jersey, and previously served as the CEO of the International Trading Group, Inc. Mr. Song has a tremendous network and significant experience in the area of international business and immigration law.
